staff is nice but doesnt honor coupons which is stupid. i ordered an xl drink iced and it came out warm/hot and had them remake it and it was still warm with no ice. staff dont know what theyre doing i assume because theyre young and not trained properly. I had a coupon for bogo and they wouldnt honor it because their machine was down so we had to pay full price for two

I ordered a hot drink, but they mistakenly gave me a cold one. They promptly corrected my order to a hot drink. The tea was so hot that I couldn’t hold it with my hands, even with a cup sleeve and gloves. I had to hold it with my winter jacket. This tea was extremely hot, despite my order. I know this sounds absurd when I ordered for hot drink but this is not my first time ordering tea!

I usually enjoy drinks from this particular store, but this was how much ice left today after I finished my drink with supposedly “light ice”…could’ve been more honest if you provide the options.

Have been a customer of this Gong Cha ever since they opened many years back. Small booth type store for take out only. Employees do an incredible job of preparing ingredients, taking orders and serving drinks, all within the small tiny square box. Over the years I have had many kinds of drinks from here that includes strawberry milk tea, honey green tea, mango green, Thai milk tea, with boba/jelly most times. Boba and coconut jelly have always been constantly good. They allow adjusting sugar and ice levels. After they introduced the rewards, we have been getting $5 towards drink for spending $50. Today we got an offer to get $5 off for a second drink, so we got both for less than $8.

Located on the 2nd level inside the Garden State Plaza Mall, this bubble tea staple from Taiwan serves a wide variety of different milk teas, fruit drinks and sweet delights. Service is quick, if a bit impersonal.... But the drinks are good and there's always a line.
